Acceptance — These terms and conditions concern the use of any products and/or services provided by Canada Safety Compliance Centre, a division of Worksite Safety Compliance Centre Inc., and any affiliations or subsidiaries. These terms must be read in full before accessing our website or using any of our products and/or services.
Disclaimer of Liability — Canada Safety Compliance shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither the website owner nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.
Use of our Website — By accessing our website and any affiliated or connected websites, you warrant and represent to Canada Safety Compliance that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.
Terms of Payment — Payment in full is required in advance of receiving access to any of our online course material with the exception of demonstration courses which are available after sign up. All refund and credit requests will be dictated by our refund policy without exception. No taxes or service fees will be refunded at any time.
Trademarks — The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Worksite Safety Compliance Centre Inc. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of Canada Safety Compliance Centre.
Warranties — Canada Safety Compliance makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website or the contents accessible through the website or any other affiliated or subsidiary website including user areas and course content.
Conflict of Terms — If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.
Severability — Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to being void, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as void and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect.
Applicable Laws — Use of this or any affiliated website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Provincial courts located in Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
Return & Refund Policy — For online training purchases, refunds are available for unopened courses, if requested within 90 days of purchase. If more than 90 days, a credit will be issued to the original purchaser. For in-class training, training courses may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 business days prior to the scheduled training date, after which time the full training price will not be refunded.

We collect, use and disclose Personal Information to provide you with the product or service you have requested and to offer you additional products and services we believe you might be interested in. Providing us with your Personal Information is always your choice. However, your decision not to provide certain information may limit our ability to provide you with our products or services. We will not require you to consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of information as a condition to the supply of a product or service, except as required to be able to supply the product or service.

The Personal Information collected will be limited to those details necessary for the purposes identified by us. With your consent, we may collect Personal Information from you in person, over the telephone or by corresponding with you via mail, facsimile, or the Internet.

Personal Information will only be retained for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which we collected it or as may be required by law.
